I know that this post is long time in coming since it's basically a week after I went and visited Michael and Lyz at their house and had an awesome time. However, just bare with me and let me post this up. After I woke up, Michael made this delicious french toast which he used some yummy homemade bread. After that, we decided to just mess around on our computers up in the computer room and just chat about everything and nothing. Soon it got to be near dinner time, and so we went to this really neat hole-in-the-wall place that they knew about. The food was amazing. I had this behemoth burger that was so delicious. Yay, I’m hanging out with pleia2 right now upstairs at Time and her’s house. I drove up here yesterday. I left around 12:30 from my house and it took around six hours to get up here. And I only got lost once! YAY! Although the road they live on is a little hard to find, so I missed it, had to turn around and make sure that I didn’t miss it the second time. After a little initial awkwardness (which I am sure was all in my head), and just some chit chatting, Time offered me a beer before dinner and then after we were done, we went out to eat . Well, as you can see, I haven’t been as regular with posting on the website as I definitely would like. I apologize to those who do read this and are curious to know how I am doing. For the most part, I’m doing well. I’ve been hanging out with my good friend Mike for the past two weeks now. Playing video games, working on a Shadowrun campaign, watching movies and just having a fun time with other friends too. I’ve also been going to Tae Kwon Do with Mike and his sensei, Brian, invited me to try out the beginners class yesterday. What a workout, especially since I don’t do a lot of exercise, like I should. So I’ve been doing some thinking. (A very dangerous thing if you know me well.) And, I’ve come up with, in my opinion, something that is just mind boggling awesome. Most of my friends know that I do have problems with depression, and that I’m probably going though a bout of it right now. I’ve been having problems with depression for more than a few years and sometimes it has gotten very low. It’s what helped me get of the military, but at what price? Read the rest of this entry »
