So, I’m back at my home in Central Virginia again. I left ODU around ten in the morning on last thursday. Had a very uneventful drive up, other than the fact when I was crossing the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, I saw the weirdest thing. I saw a cop driving in reverse on the other span. Just weirded me out. Anyways, I hate commuting back and forth just because it takes forever to get through the damn tunnel. Thankfully, I decided a couple weeks ago to go on a camping trip to meet up with some Goons from Something Awful. Ok, so I’ve been working on Homework #3 for a professor that I have been grading for in the past for the past couple of days now. And I’ve come to realize one thing: His students aren’t grasping certain fundamentals of how things work. And it’s really stressing me out. What the professor told me to do was this, put the papers into two piles, one for papers that make sense and that I am able to grade, and another for papers that don’t make sense and that I’m not able to grade. Well, it looks like the pile of papers that do not make sense is growing by a much faster rate than the pile that makes sense. In fact, the papers are just making my head hurt. I’m probably just going to give up and give them back to the professor to grade himself, I don’t feel confident enough to grade them any more. Read the rest of this entry »
I had a great time this weekend with my friend, Kari. After an extremely boring day at work, and doing not much of anything else for the rest of the day, she came over around 8:30 Saturday night. I had already planned out what I wanted to do for my show, so we decided to pick up her friend and an aquaintance of mine, Lauren, up from the new Mexican restaurant that is just down the street from me. So we decided to head off to Wal-Mart to pick up some snacks and stuff, so off we went. We picked up some E.L. My friends always seem to surprise me. With that being said, one of my fellow DJs and good friend Cinco suprised the crap out of me when I woke up. As you all know, I’ve hit a bit of financial trouble since the whole fraudulant charges with the bank incident occured. Well, since Friday night, I am pretty much broke, I have no food and no means to buy it. So I’ve been going somewhat hungry for the past couple days.
